I am a civil trial attorney. I do not handle divorces, I do not represent criminals, and I do not file bankruptcies.

I generally limit my practice to litigating personal injury and wrongful death accident claims; business and insurance disputes including debt collection; and civil appeals, on behalf of both injured parties and defendants.

Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Claims:

  • Injury from Automobile Accidents
  • Injury from Motor Vehicle Accidents
  • Injury from Accidents caused by Drunk Drivers
  • Injuries caused by Defective Products
  • Injuries caused by Dog or other Animal Bites
  • Injury from Boating, ATV, Motorcycle and Snowmobile Accidents
  • Other injuries negligently or intentionally caused by businesses or individuals

Michigan is a comparative negligence state, meaning that there can still be a recovery where you are partially at fault. Make sure you know your rights before dealing with an insurance company, or deciding not to pursue a claim when you have been injured.

Business and Insurance Disputes:

  • Denial of Insurance Coverage
  • Michigan No-Fault Insurance
  • Breach of Contract Claims
  • Debt Collection
  • Real Estate Disputes
  • Defamation and slander claims
  • Defending claims when you or your business have been sued
  • Represent claimants seeking their fair share of proceeds from Probate Estates and/or Wrongful Death distributions

Second Opinions: If you are dissatisfied with your current lawyer, I will provide a free initial consultation, and may be able to substitute for your current lawyer without additional fees to you.

Appeals: Of cases initially handled by other attorneys. If you are dissatisfied with the results obtained by your attorney, it is important that you immediately protect your rights on appeal.

Fees: I offer free initial consultations on all claims, and contingency fee arrangements in injury and death cases - no recovery, no fee. In other types of cases, hourly rates are negotiable, as are contingency and flat fee arrangements in appropriate cases.
